Holy Tax Audit Batman!

I received a lovely notice from the IRS stating that we owe them $3200 from our 2003 tax return. Looks like DH made a little typo, entered a 5 where he should have put a 2. I guess we aren't going to Hawaii in the spring after all. Unless someone wants to spot me $3200?

Had to vent. If I think about it too much I get a little sick.

We got a resent surprise in the form of a warning that they were about to put a lien on our house. :eek: :mad:

They apparently sent an earlier letter we had never received. Took a little research to discover that DH had entered a number incorrectly. Then there was an additional $100 for not having it all in on time. That's the first goof we've had since using TurboTax.
