DS and some friends went on a quick trip to Canada a few weeks ago and he sent me some goodies from there; one of which was a jar of jalapeno pickled whole garlic cloves. Do you eat them as they are, or use them in place of fresh garlic in recipes? What would you do with them?

I have had dill pickled garlic and eaten them straight from the jar. Yummy!! Depending on the jalepeno pickled flavor I wonder if you could chop them up and add them to salsa? You could always just eat them as is or put them into a potato salad too.

I just pop 'em and eat 'em :)
You could toss them into salads (if you have garlic lovers!), use in a martini instead of an olive, or I wonder how it would taste baked into a cheese bread.
