View Full Version : Chicken-Cheese Lasagna

I copied this recipe twice [CHICKEN CHEESE LASAGNE/]. The only problem is that one of them calls for 3 cups milk and the other one calls for 4 cups milk. I didn't copy who originally posted this recipe and I have tried Search to find the post, but haven't been able to. Does anyone out there know the correct amount of milk for this recipe. TIA!!

Hi! I posted that recipe. Sorry I confused you. I made the recipe with three cups of sauce for a long time, but finally decided I like it with a little more sauce. So I increased it to four cups of milk (and increased both the flour and butter to 8 T. to compensate). This is a recipe I made up (based on others I had seen), so I "tinker" with it quite a bit. I don't think it actually needs the full 4 cups of sauce, but I would rather have too much than too little. This week I made it to take to a potluck and used a slightly larger pan, a few extra lasagne noodles, and the full 4 cups of sauce. It worked out great.

GayeC: Just saw your post. Thanks so much for clearing up the amounts for me. I'm planning to make your lasagna soon, it sounds great. I'll let you know "the verdict"...
