Hello all...
I have a question about freezing herbs. I know basil can be frozen - I can slice it up and just freeze it, right?
Can parsely be frozen too?
Thoughts?

I use a lot of parsley, so I buy three big bunches at a time, chop it in the food processor and then freeze. It keeps well.
I've even used frozen parsley in quantity to make tabbouli and it wasn't quite as good as chopped fresh but it was good enough in a pinch.
I've got frozen thyme, rosemary, tarragon, basil, parsley and bay leaves on hand most of the time. The only herb I find doesn't freeze well is cilantro, it seems to lose all taste.

Good to know! I have tons of fresh herbs and can't use them fast enough. For some reason, I have no problem growing fresh herbs, but forget it on vegetables.
