Took the dog (and my MIL) for a walk this morning after dropping DD at the bus stop. Later did 45 minutes on the treadmill while watching ER. Might do some ab exercises later.

How about YOU? Anything to report? We're all ears...... :D

Lifted upper body. Now I'm 2 for 2!

DH threw me off by going for a run at the exact time I TOLD him I was planning to go to the gym :confused: Hello? So as not to leave the kids alone, I stayed home and...

warmed up on the treadmill for 10 mins. then did every weight, resistance and floor exercise I could remember (anger helps the reps fly by!). I think I got a darn good workout.

Thirty minutes on the Nordic Track and 1 hour gardening. :)

Did a dance workout video. I'm getting a little burned on walking so I'm tryng to shake things up. I have a gym membership, but never go.
Typical! :D

35 minutes on the treadmill. Not much...but 300+ calories (according to the treadmill).

Good work, all! Martha, extra kudos for improvising that workout. :)

I did my long run today - 13.1 miles, or the half marathon distance. That was long for a weeknight! Yesterday I did upper body weights and abs.
