I'm at work, and I forgot to check the ingredient list this morning on a recipe I need to make for tomorrow. I have to stop at the store on the way home.
So, if someone who has access to the Joy of Cooking would post the Basic Coffee Cake ingredient list (the light version. It uses yogurt and sour cream as a base) I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.

I am not sure if this helps but hopefully it will:
Quick Sour Cream Coffee Cake
The basics of this recipe appeared in Joy of Cooking on page #577 as a quick sour cream coffee cake but it's equally good made with yogurt, or a combination of the two, depending on your taste preference or what you happen to have in the fridge at the time. Your innkeeper has, however, noticed a tendency for the batter to diminish somewhat on the way from the mixing bowl into the pan, making for a somewhat thinner cake than advertised.
Cake
Made on a muffin principle, this cake is wonderfully good and easy.
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Sift before measuring:
1 1/2 cups flour
Re-sift with:
1 cup sugar
2 tsp double-acting baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Combine and beat well:
1 cup cultured sour cream
2 eggs
Add the sifted ingredients to the cream mixture. Beat until smooth. Spread in a lightly greased 9" x 9" square pan.
Sprinkle with streusel (page #681-typed below for you) at 350? F. for about 30 minutes.
Streusel Topping:
2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons butter
5 Tablespoons sugar
Blend these ingredients until they crumble.
Add:
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Sprinkle the crumbs over the cake and bake as directed.
Add:
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped nuts
