I am not very impressed with these nutritional facts on this website. Very puzzling why when you refresh the page it shows completely differents values. I think we should bombard the Cooking Light Customer service staff with emails regarding this issue. I have contacted them a couple of times but they just haven't done anything yet as it is still occuring to this day!
I rely on this information being correct, and it doesn't help me when each time i refresh on most recipes I get contradicting info!

That is frustrating.
My only experience with this happened last week. I looked at the nutritional info for the summer corn and white bean soup and it just did not make sense. So I e-mailed Jennifer Middleton, who is the monitor for these boards, and while she didn't respond, the problem was corrected within hours.

Amusing. I can just keep refreshing until I get numbers I like. ;)
As for "bombarding", in the grand scheme of my life, it's not that big an issue.

To some however it is a big deal. I am on a calorie restricted diet and I really rely on these numbers being correct. Some of the recipes show 260 calories then you refresh and it says something like 460 calories. That is a huge difference when you are considering calorie intake for that day.

I agree with you Snuff...I'm also seen the same recipe posted by different users with different nutritional info. Maybe Mastercook 9 or an actual cookbook with nutritional stats would be more reliable sources.
