Hi. Since this recipe was deleted due to technical problems here it is ahggain. I believe it was Lorireli who wanted it.
Harissa:
2 red bell peppers, roasted, peeled and chopped
1 small red chile, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspon coriander seeds, toasted in a pan
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt
3 tablespoons olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

Vanessa -- I thank you. This looks like it might be more along the lines of the "chunky variety" I experienced in Tunisia -- can you recommend a chile to give it the appropriate "kick"?
