I planned on making these tonight and due to my exemplary organizational skills, I cannot locate my March CL issue.
Could anyone post the recipe, quick?
THANKS!!!

Hope this is it although I'm sure it is too late for dinner tonight(?). You said it was in the March issue and this recipe says Jan/Feb '01. Anyway, I tried to find this recipe the other night by going through the magazines and had no luck! I'll go back and recheck these issues.
Rosemary Potatoes (jan/feb '01)
1 T butter
1 t. bottled minced garlic
1 t. dried rosemary
1/2 t. kosher salt
1/4 t. black pepper
1 1/2 lb red potatoes, quartered (about 4 c.)
Place butter and garlic in an 8-inch square baking dish. Microwave at medium-high (70% power) 45 seconds or until butter melts. Add rest of ingredients and toss well. cover and microwave at high for 15 min or until potatoes are tender. Yield: 4 servings (1/2 c.)
