Good Morning All!

This morning I did one hour of yoga with Steve Ross (Inhale), then I walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes. Then I ate a big breakfast! :p (Nothing like a workout to rev up the appetite!)

What did you do today? Go ahead and do SOMETHING....you'll be glad you did!

Then post it when it's done. We are waiting to hear from you. :)

Holy Cow, Kathy - that's quite a workout!

I did 30 minutes of hills on the bike, then upper-body weights. Tomorrow is my day off, so I'll check back over the weekend :)

I went to the gym without ANY time constraints (yipee- school's back in session!) so I did 15 mins. warm up on the elliptical, then 8 of the Nautilus machines (called the Express Line workout where I go). as well as some free weights, sit ups, crunches and ab exercises. It felt good because yesterday I didn't exercise at all AND I ate too much. :eek:

Today I did 30-minutes on the Nordic Track and did 1 hour of gardening.

I did Pilates tonight. (I've done minimal exercise the last two days and haven't posted). I'm back for a while! :D

Hi ladies! I taught 2 Spins on Thurs..6am and noon.

Today I'm leaving for Door Cty, WI for 5 days. Hopefully will get in plenty of exercise there, but won't be posting. Have a great weekend!

Legs (ouch!). Hate them, but not as much as I hate abs. Abs are the WORST!
