I have a confession...I have a sweet tooth. Yes, even though I try to eat healthy foods, I must say that I'm a pushover for things such as...*gasp*...doughnuts.

So, my question is thus: does anyone know how many calories are in Tim Horton's new cinnamon rolls? They do not provide nutritional information for these items on their website, and I was wondering if anyone had this info. Any help would be appreciated.

CalorieKing.com lists a lot of Tim Horton's foods but not the cinnamon roll: http://www.calorieking.com/foods/category.php?brand_id=1021&category_id=21&subcat_id=-1&partner=

They also have items from Cinnabon, if the TH rolls are anything like that: http://www.calorieking.com/foods/category.php?brand_id=216&category_id=21&subcat_id=-1&partner=

Or, you could just do a search for cinnamon roll and see what others come up.

You might also write TH's and ask for the info -- a lot of restaurants will provide nutritional info on request, they just don't publicize it.

Somone say my name??? I loooove Timmy's Cinnamon Roll. I could eat one every day!
When I was anathlete I would have bt now- the rolls cause rolls!

I have wondered about the calorie/fat count too. Maybe if I knoew i would stop eating them.

Thank goodness there is no Tim Horton's within walking distance of my house.

Most of the Canucks and Canuck wannabes here are big Timmy fans.

Welcome!

Oh dear- an apple fritter has 310cal and a Blueberry Muffin 340!

Okay, so I saw those rolls on tv and now after reading this thread, I really must have one. I think that is what I am having for breakfast tomorrow. :D

Do they have cream cheese frosting? I love cream cheese frosting...

It really depends on the weight of the roll. Your best bet is to buy one, weigh it, then multiply the number of ounces by about 120, which will put you in the ball park. If you Google up cinnamon rolls, you'll get numbers ranging from 120 to 740. A Cinnamon is about 740 calories. Sounds high, but it probably weighs 6 or 7 ounces. That's like 4 servings!
