Risotto

I've been thinking about making the risotto at the back of July's issue, but I'm not sure what to serve with it. Any suggestions?

You might want to check out mlynn's post re: this risotto from a few days ago. I believe there was a suggestion or two about what to serve the risotto with (as well as some raves about it!).
