I need to know where I can buy one-piece lids for canning jars. I am only able to find the ring and lid type which I'll use if I absolutely have to. I'm using the jars for paint at school and the one-piece lids would be much easier for me to open frequently.
Thanks.

The one piece lids are very hard to find. Since you'll be storing paint, how about using mayonnaise jar lids. The plastic is easy clean and it won't rust. The rings on the two piece lids tend to rust if left wet.
I used to be able to buy them online, but my source stopped carrying them last year. I have found them at one Walmart store, but not at others. If you can't find them locally, I can see if I can still get them here and send you some. I'll also do a quick search -- I think they are Ball plastic storage lids.
I entered "Ball plastic storage caps on Google and came up with a bunch of hits. Here are a few to get you started:

http://www.canningpantry.com/bareplstca.html
http://www.goodmans.net/get_item_bl-36000_ball-36000-regular-canning-jar-plastic-storage-cap.htm
Hope that helps.

I found the links that you did. Thanks so much.
One site was selling the lids for $1.50 EACH. Won't be getting them there. I'll have to compare prices and shipping costs and decide.
