I have been having a lot of fun making recipes from Cooking Light. Basically, I pick 4 recipes a week and make them for me and my fiance.
Here's some of our faves so far:
Red Potato, Carmelized onion and Feta Pizza May 2000 This was a great meal!!! I was a bit timid with having potatoes on my pizza but it tasted incredible.
Creamy Parmesan Pasta April 2000
This was my favorite of the week. Light and tasty and filling too! One I will definately try again!!!

Thanks for posting Denise! I love to get feedback about different recipes people have liked! I thought both of those looked good but I haven't gotten around to them yet--looks like I'll to make time soon!

Denise, I appreciate the post as well. I shared the same concerns about potatoes on my pizza. Knowing that you did and that you thought it was a great taste I will definetly try this one. Thanks!
