Can someone please post this recipe for me from the May issue as I want to stop by the market on my way home for the ingredients. Thanks in advance!

Chickpea Vegetable Salad with Curried Yogurt Dressing

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/3 cup cilantro -- chopped
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic -- minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces yogurt -- nonfat, plain
2 cups carrot -- finely shredded
1 1/2 cups red pepper -- thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups roma tomato -- chopped
1/2 cup golden raisins
2 15 1/2 oz cans chickpeas -- drained
12 cups romaine lettuce -- chopped

To prepare the dressing, combine the first 8 ingredients in a small bowl;
stir mixture with a whisk

To prepare the salad, combine carrot and next 4 ingredients in a large
bowl. Pour 1/2 cp dressing over carrot mixture, tossing gently to coat.
Place 2 cups lettuce on each of 6 plates and drizzle each serving with
about 1 T dressing. Top each with 1 1/3 cups carrot mixture.
