Well, wer officially on a risotto kick! We both gave it an 8. We had it with a salad of greens, garbanzo beans, feta, cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar; chardonnay; and tiramisu for dessert.
DH is going to sit down tonight and decide which recipes he wants for Sunday, which we will make into cakes for Monday dinner. Thanks for all the great recomoendations. Im sure I will be posting more reviews!
