I am interested in trying the BBQ Roasted Salmon but need some suggestions from you all. Is it good or just ok and how easy is it to make? Thanks!

We think this is WONDERFUL! One of our favorite salmon recipes. Definitely do try it.

Here's a link to another thread where it was discussed, and I believe there is even another link mentioned within that thread.

I made this for the first time last week for my family, and everyone loved it. It was very tasty, I will make it again. I served it with the Equadorean Potato Patties and the Asparagus skillet posted on another thread here. It was yummy.
The only caution is this: if you dislike the taste of cumin or chili powder, it wouldn't be for you.
I am picky about salmon recipes, having grown up in the Pacific NW... sometimes the seasonings completely overpower the salmon, (such as too much sauce drowning it out) but I was pleasantly surprised with this one.

We made this and were pleased with it, but prefer the sesame, coriander and pepper salmon from the March issue.

I made this dish, but substitued orange juice for the pineapple juice. Also, I had to use a different fish because the store was out of salmon. But it was really good. Even my dad liked it and he's not a fish eater. Plus, it was so simple to put together.

I made this a few weeks ago when salmon was buy-1-get-1-free at the A&P. We loved it! I even made it in the toaster oven. Very easy. If you like sweet entrees, this is a good one for you!

I vote a thumbs up. Even my 8 year old, who is not a big fish eater, loved this recipe.

We loved this, too. I had to cook my salmon a little longer because of its thickness. It is a keeper. We're also from the NW and love our salmon.

This is by far the best salmon recipe we have tried. I used marachino cherry juice instead of pineapple. I made it for Mother's Day, and don't think I'll ever be allowed to make anything else. I have also used the same seasoning on shrimp and chicken, and both are outstanding. I did have to cook mine longer too due to the thickness of the fish.
