Could you chop/cut them up and add them to your banana bread batter like you might do with nuts? You could put them into oatmeal cookies too!

CL had a recipe for a banana pudding a couple years ago. If you are interested, I could see if I can find it and post it here. I don't think I ever made the pudding but I remember it looked really good. Those might be good in banana pudding too.

Hi. You can use dried fruits in scones, to make granola or granola bars

I finally made it toa TJ's a few weeks ago and went crazy there! We have enjoyed everything we bought. In my enthusiasm I bought some dried organic bananas and need ideas on how to use them. They are not the hard crunchy kind you find in trail mix but are soft and moist. I was thinking of making banana bread with them but I am not sure how to incorporate them. I know you creative ladies and gents can give me some inspiration! Thanks a bunch!
