OT: need computer help!

I know some of you know a lot about computers. I did something this morning so that a lot of the type on my screen is now small and squished-looking. Can anyone help?

Is the problem when you are on your internet browser or off line?

Somehow I had switched the text size from medium to small (I had a baby sitting in my lap kicking my hands around). I Went up to View and found Text Size, which offers smallest to largest, and switched it back to medium.
