Interested in joining/ starting a cooking club focused on fine dining/ bistro/ contemporary cooking in the Charlotte/ Concord NC area. Anyone know of one or interested in starting one?

...going to Asheville...Can I take you with me? lol I've been looking to do this for years...but want seasoned cooks, not novices. I want the group I join to be serious foodies, who care as much about presentation and ambiance as they do about food. Know anyone in Asheville?
