This was very easy to make and good. Even though it calls for a small amount of cinnamon and nutmeg you can really taste it so don't get heavy handed. I would also suggest using the lemon rind. ( Didn't use the cardamom)
I do have to say I started out eating it like a soup but just winded up drinking it. It reminded me of a smoothy.
It's refreshing and healthy and went good with my lunch.

I've been wanting to try this ever since I saw Tiger's review. Today in California the mercury rose to over 100 degrees so tonight was the night! As she said, it was very easy to make...I did add the cardamom and thought the seasonings were fine. It really did remind us of a smoothie! My husband suggested semi-freezing it and serving it as an ice cream dessert. I have decided to put the leftovers in the blender tomorrow morning with some ice cubes and serve it as a "smoothie" breakfast drink. Bottom line...easy, delicious and refreshing, but more of a drink than a soup.
