I'm really stumped here. I have been searching my magazines and on-line for a lightened version on Texas Sheet Cake. I remember it being featured in a Recipe Makeover story not long ago. My mom makes this for special occasions and I was happy to see a light version. I could not find it anywhere. I did find a Buttermilk Chocolate Cake recipe but it did not have the chocolate glaze recipe for the frosting. In addition I found the thread for the Eating Well Died and Gone to Heaven cake and that seems very similar to the Texas sheet cake.
I'm just trying to figure out which recipe to make tonight and was looking for help.
Thanks.

I made the Eating Well "Died-and-Went-to-Heaven Chocolate Cake" this weekend, and I it was fantabulous. So moist and delicious! However, I didn't really like the glaze (I seem to recall that some reviewers on this board didn't really like it either), next time I will use a mocha glaze from Moosewood Low-fat Favorites. But otherwise it was by far one of the best chocolate cakes, low fat or otherwise, I've every had. I don't think I've ever had Texas Sheet Cake before so I can't compare, but I highly recommend the Eating Well cake.
