There are mixed reviews on this one: I thought it was terrible, my dh and mil (who is picky) liked it! This is cubed pork loin stewed in a hoisin/peanut butter sauce. The sauce, in my opinion, cooked down into a bitter black paste. As well, the lean pork loin was very dry (how is that possible, after simmering in liquid all day?!)
I was also bummed that the pineapple chunks I had in the fridge to grill and serve on the side were eaten during the day before I got home. There is a hazard to having a dh now working from home!
