View Full Version : Moosewood?
Hi All,
I've noticed in several different posts for recipes that Moosewood is mentioned. What is Moosewood? Is it another kind of cooking magazine? I was just curious. Forgive me if this is a dumb question. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/redface.gif

It's a mostly vegetarian restaurant in Ithaca, New York which is collectively owned by the people who work there. They also publish cookbooks (which are wonderful).
Thank you SusanT. I guess that would explain why I've never heard of it since I live in California! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

Because I am a huge Moosewood fan, I thought I would post the amazon.com link to my two favorite Moosewood books so you could take a look if you are interested.

I love these books because they are very creative and emphasize lots of fresh ingredients.
