Please identify recipe photo

I was just looking at the box that my MasterCook Cooking Light 5.0 software came in and my mouth waters when I look at the picture on the back in the lower left hand corner. It is a mexican looking thing (maybe a quesadilla or something)? Can anybody tell me the name of it and where I might find the recipe. Thanks in advance.

I just looked at my box (surprised I still have it - I usually pitch them) and you're right, that dish looks absolutely scrumptious. I did a search by typing in quesadilla and found it first try! They're the Confetti Quesadillas. Let us know if they're as good as they look!
