Just prepared this last night and it is quick, delicious, and adaptable for various tastes. I like spicy, my DH does not. I separated out the noodles for him and served them plain, and put just a small amount of hoisin sauce on his fish. Sauce (for me) was delicious and can be enhanced if you like more flavor but I didn't want to overpower the delicate halibet. Loved it just as is and it is very quick.
