This is my second WOW recipe from the 10/05 issue. (The first was the Pumpkin-Walnut Focaccia with Gruyere). Any salad recipe with port, pears, toasted walnuts and Roquefort cheese is pretty much assured of being a WOW recipe in my book and this one didn't disappoint. Yummy! The only change I made was substituting mixed spring greens for the plain arugula. I have it on the menu again this week! :D
