What to do with leftover top round?

DH and I made a wonderful top round steak last night and we have about 1/2 leftover. What can I make tonight for dinner to use up the leftovers?

I use leftover roasts/steak to make French dip sandwiches.

You'll need:
Beef broth (I used canned)
Onion
Buns or hard rolls
Cheese (optional) - mozzarella or smoky proscuitto are good

Slice the meat thinly. Saute some onions & when soft, add meat & a little beef broth & warm through. Heat remaining broth separately. Put on buns with cheese & DIP!
