DH ordered the minestrone soup at Johnny Carino's this weekend and I had a few bites. It was SO out of this world that now I'm on a mission to find the recipe (or a close one). Anyone have any ideas? I asked the waitress and she said all she knew was that the broth was 'meat based.'

Here are several; maybe you'd be able to draw from them and recreate it.
From Recipe Goldmine (http://search.freefind.com/find.html?id=6686395&pid=r&mode=ALL&n=0&query=minestrone)

*bump*
anyone else know the soup i'm talking about? the olive garden soup posted by the previous poster is good, but johnny carino's is better and i'm not sure what is in it so it would be hard to just try several minestrone recipes or combine them. the soup i'm talking about has an overall just yummy background flavor and i don't know what that is.
