Soap dispensers

I was just wondering how everyone felt about soap dispensers. Do you use them and are they worth putting in? What side of the sink do you have them on? Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Absolutely worth it.

Regarding the side -- try mimicking the motions you would make of holding a knife or whatever else you hand wash and see what hand holds and what hand squirts.

Mine is on the left. I rent, so I don't have a choice as to where it is. ;) I love it though! It makes the sink look neater without the soap bottle on top and since I don't have a dishwasher, I use it all the time! It also helps me control how much soap I use. It's nothing fancy, but I am glad I have it.

We have one and I love it and use it all the time. We redid our countertops and sink two years ago which gave us the opportunity to get a sink with a dispenser I think the brand is Kohler. I love not having to look at the soap bottle all the time.
