Has anyone eaten here before? We did last week and I just ADORED their rolls. Apparently, they are famous for them and they do sell them already made where you can bring them home to cook but that would have been difficult for me to do since I live in VA. At any rate, does anyone who has been there learned what their recipe is or created one at home that is similar? They were wonderful and I would love to try to make them.

BA has a column that will get the recipes right from the restaurant. Send your request to the magazine.

Well, I wish we had the recipe! We buy these every year for our Thanksgiving and/or Christmas meals and they are wonderful.
They do sell them pre-made and frozen. Perhaps if you contacted them, they'd send you some packed in dry ice. Just a thought.
Please let us know if you manage to replicate them!

Hi Landk,
I grew up near the beef house - their rolls are great! Because I still have family in the area, I never tried to recreate the recipe, but I do recall seeing beef house roll recipes in either a local church or community cookbook. I will try and look for something over the next few days (I am currently out of town) and post (un-tried) anything that looks promising!
