I made this dish tonight and thought it was very good. It was posted on 1-2-01 by mlynn.
The only thing I did differently was that I added 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne instead of the 1/4 cup, which I thought was a mistake.
This is something I will serve to company! Oh, and I did cut it into 12 slices instead of the 6 called for.
Anna potatoes and green beans were the sides of the night. Yum!

Hi Kelli!

Glad you found a flank steak recipe you liked! Did you throw your potatoes anna on the floor again?!! (ha ha!)

Sounds like a great meal at your house!

You HAVE to try the chipotle-lime flank steak sometime, though. It's to die for!

Grace:
I kept the food on the dishes this time!!! I also made the poetaoes in my PC mini stoneware pan since I can't find my cast iron small pan.
I have the chipotle-lime flank steak in the freezer along with the bourbon marinade one. I'm also going to try the bourbon marinade with salmon. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Kelli--

I'm glad the flank steak turned out well. I still haven't around to making this, but with your great review I think I will soon.
