computer help?

Hi, I seem to be having problems! I have a window pop up which says;
C:/windows/system/vsinit.Dll.
zone labs alarm/ZLClinent.exe
What do I do to get rid of this?

Does it do anything else to your computer besides popping up like that? Do you have a virus protection program in place? When does it show up...when you boot up the computer, when you get on the net...

It looks like you have a problem with Zone Alarm which is a firewall program. You might want to remove it and reinstall it from the disk. Go to control panel and look for Zone Alarm. If there is an option to repair, instead of just remove, try that first. If not, just remove it, reboot and then reinstall (if you still have the disk).

I have to reboot everytime I want to get on the internet. I have ad-aware, spybot and zone alarm. Now the zone alarm is gray! And I don't have a clue why!

Is it possible that Spybot or Ad-Aware removed the file that you mentioned? That .dll file may be necessary before ZoneAlarm will work and one of the anti-spyware programs may have deleted that file.
