Made this for supper last night as a "side dish". I'd give it about an 8....I've had tastier dishes, but it was so easy that it gets some points for that. (it uses Arborio rice, so it was risotto-ish without all the work) Definately make again as I'm always looking for a quick and easy side dish and this fits the bill.

Changes I made: left out the ham because I already had a "protein"...with the ham and a salad this is probably a quick week-night meal. I didn't use fresh peas (so hard to find), but frozen...next time I think I'll add them in the middle rather than at the beginning of the recipe.

I halved the recipe for two...using dry Vermouth in place of the dry white wine.

The recipe blurb calles it a "classic Venetian dish".
