I've noticed a couple of CL recipes that call for low-fat coffee ice cream but I can't find it in our local grocery stores. Have any of you in the Southeast been able to find this? What brand makes this flavor?
Our major local groceries are Albertson's, Kroger's and Piggly Wiggly.
Thanks!

Healthy Choice makes a cappacino (sorry about the spelling) ice cream. That might work. I know our Kroger carries it.

Starbucks makes a low-fat coffee ice cream, that is sold in grocery stores, and I really thought it tasted good, (it could be called Latte, or Cappacino)
Hope you can find it, good luck Ann

Depending on how much you need, you can always go to an ice cream parlor (Baskin Robbins, etc) and have them hand pack some for you. We don't live near one anymore, so I don't even know what flavors they have now. Oh, I miss you "world class chocolate" and "daquiri ice".
