This turned out ok. The marinade and spice mixture were tasty and easy to make, but I had not prepared bass fillets before and I did not really know what I was doing. I did not overcook it but I did not know to take the scales off http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/frown.gif Still, the taste is good and I would try it again. I think the marinade would be good on chicken or shrimp or other white fish--not sure about salmon or tuna.
