DH and I had this for dinner tonight. It was easy to put together and I had almost everything on hand. I used clover instead of the sage honey and pork loin, not tenderloin. It recommended a green salad and mashed potatoes as sides. After reading the ingredients, I decided I wanted a more Asian feel so we had brown rice and pea pods.

I was expecting a stronger flavor so I was a little dissapointed. The overall result was good though and there was enough of the sauce left to drizzle at the end and add a little to the pea pods while they cooked. I like having recipes for pork loin since I buy the big ones at Sam's and cut and freeze them, so we'll probably repeat it.

Next we're having the Greek Chicken with Orzo, so I'll post it in a couple days.

You mentioned you buy the big pork loins. I've never used those, I've always bought the smaller ones. Are they different in any way except size? I've always been intimidated with just the size and what to do with the larger ones.

Thanks any input.

They're quite a bit thicker so the cooking time is higher. I think for this recipe I baked it for about 35 minutes (instead of the 20 in the recipe). There's also a layer of fat along one side you'll have ti trim off. Besides that they're fairly lean and the price is great.

We made this last week and thought it was good, but probably not a repeater. I prefer Amcleod's Sesame Garlic Pork Tenderloin and the Maple Glazed one that has been floating around the board better. Just personal preference. Darla

See this thread (http://community.cookinglight.com/showthread.php?p=932298#post932298) where many of us reviewed this pork already. I loved it! I also thought mashed potatoes was the perfect side dish.

I made this for dinner tonight using thin sliced, center-cut pork chops and clover honey. I browned the pork chops in the pan and then put the pan in a 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes. This recipe was very easy and flavorful. Great for a quick, simple weeknight dinner.
