Loaded Baked Potatoes

I make these ahead all of the time. Usually I freeze them filled and thaw before baking. They turn out great.

I made these a long time ago and am thinking that they would go great with dinner tomorrow night... Steak, corn on the cob, and salad... does anyone know if I can prepare them ahead of time? I would like to get them all ready except for the final baking time early in the day so that I don't have to miss time with my DH and his parents.
