I thought the one from the Jan/Feb issue was very good. It's on this thread: http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/Forum1/HTML/004283.html
I used regular mushrooms, not shitake and it was still very good.

Here's the lowest fat recipe I could find - I haven't made it but it looks good!
MIXED AND MATCHED SWEDISH MEATBALLS
Meatballs:
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 cup soft whole-wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup minced onion
1/3 cup fat-free chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 egg whites or 1/3 cup cholesterol-free egg product
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Sauce:
2 cups fat-free chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
3 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon snipped fresh dill
Combine all meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Shape by rounded tablespoonfuls into 24 balls. Place on a
15-by-10-by-1-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 15 minutes.
Five minutes before meatballs are finished baking, combine broth, nutmeg, and allspice in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Whisk in sour cream and snipped dill.
Pour sauce into a chafing dish. Add meatballs. Serve with toothpicks nearby.
Servings: 8 to 10.
