guess what i discovered? if you turn quickly towards the microwave with a shallow bowl of garlic sausage-lentil soup from the nov F&W, the lentils spatter just like the blood spatters on the show. i am sure one of the CSI guys (hopefully any of the men on the team,except for the dorky one) could extrapolate from the French green lentils all over the floor exactly where i was standing when i turned a little too quickly! :p
oh well what can i say- it's saturday night, i've spent all day with my small kids who are driving me up the wall; my dh is on call at the hospital, and my exciting Sat night is going to consist of medical charts i need to catch up on. woohoo! so I'm starting to get a little slaphappy. :o

Well, for my exciting Saturday night, I have to tally the scout wreath orders that should have gone in yesterday (my time frame -- the company gives us until Monday and I'll need the time to get the problem orders straightened out). I also checked out a copy of Robert's Rules of Order so I can read up on a few things before a meeting on Tuesday.

If I can, I'd also like to glue together a couple of gingerbread houses too so we can decorate them tomorrow. Seems early, but we bought kits and I'm hoping to get one decorated for a scout cake auction on Tuesday and another one for another group's silent auction on Thursday. Maybe I'll be in the mood to decorate once I get those other things taken care of.

I'd trade with you, but I'm afraid it wouldn't do either of us much good or provide even modest entertainment. Hang in there.
