I rode the bike for 30 minutes and did upper-body weights :)

45 minutes on the treadmill. I bumped up the speed just a tiny bit. All that extra work for only about 8 additional calories burned. <harrummpph!>

Definitely not worth it. :D

Hi all. I took 3 classes at the gym (Cycle, Muscles and Abs) from 9:30 - 11:00 on Tuesday. I LOVE Tuesdays.
