Hi!
I've really enjoyed all the posts and have found them so helpful!!! But I have one that I just haven't seen. My mom, dad and my mom's cousin are coming up this Thursday for the weekend. We'll be eating out every night I thinks except for Thursday so I need a really neat dinner. I have no idea what my cousin likes etc so I need one of those "everyone loves it" dishes. I tend to like and make more nontraditional dinners. I loved the chickpea stuffed peppers but think that's a little risky for someone who taste I don't know. Any rec?
