I bought a leifheit cheese grater. ( you know like the kind they use at Olive Garden)
Anyway the circular part that does the grating is really fine. This is OK for somethings but I would also like to get the larger grater. I can't find a website for them. Help!

I thought the Olive Garden used the Zyliss one. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/redface.gif Haven't been there in about 10 years! Are you certain that the Leifheit has a larger grating drum? I've never seen that particular one, so I don't know. Sorry I can't help. Didn't it come with directions and some kind of phone number?

I got it off that website that was going out of business. ( The one that we were all ordering stuff from) So that's really what my problem is. I just wonder if any drum would fit.

You could measure it, and I could see if the large drum from the PC grater fits. That can be ordered separately (directly) as a replacement part. I know the PC Grater is larger than the Zyliss, but I don't know anything about the Leifheit.

Irene- I live about 10 min. from you! You live where I grew up. In fact I'm heading there right now to visit my parents.

Irene, I live in Jenkintown. Tiger and Irene, you MUST eat at Joseph Ambler Inn if you haven't yet (in North Wales). We had the most fantastic meal there last night (definitely NOT light)!
