ISO Recipes using Apple Butter

After watching the Pumpkin Pie made with Apple Butter that Paula Deen made last night it inspired me to use apple butter in some of my baking but I really do not have any recipes for something unique. I also wonder if you can sub it for applesauce too?! Thanks!

Here is a recipe for gingerbread baked in a bundt pan that has apple butter in it. This is a good one.
