I just wrote and posted a new blog at my blogspot, and although it says it posted, it isn't there! Does anyone know -- does it sometimes take a while to go through?

I see a post from today - called "Why I Love to Read." Is that it?

Yep, I see a post too. Did you hit refresh when you are on the webpage?

I'm glad you guys see it, because I don't! I've refreshed and tried to see it by closing out, etc. It's not there. Maybe I have to get rid of my cookies??

I can see it too. You're a good writer, Sookie.

Well, I've had lots of other problems with Blogger, but that's a new one on me!

Have you been able to see it yet?

If others can see it, I really have no idea why you wouldn't be able to!

Let us know what happens.

I just thought of something....

Have you tried scrolling all the way down the page to see if your columns are perhaps not lined up next to each other?

What screen resolution are you using? Sometimes a lower screen resolution or a smaller screen size will keep your monitor from being able to display the entire page as it should be. This can cause one of your columns to be displayed under the other instead of side-by-side.

Just a thought.....

Nope! Still can't see it and I'm home now and on a different computer!! This is so strange. If I go to blogspot.com and sign in I can see, but if I click on my link I can't. This is driving me crazy. I erased all my cookies, but still no new post!

Thanks anyway for all the help.

How strange! It's going to bug me until someone figures it out! :D

Sookie - Open your browser, click on Tools, Internet Options and delete your temporary Internet files. Be sure to check the box that says Delete Offline Content too. Close all your browsers and reopen.

If that doesn't work, stand under the full moon on your left foot only. Do not let your right foot touch the ground.

Next, while looking skyward summon the powers of the Internet Diety (Al Gore). Now rub your stomache and pat your head. Do this 23 times. Make sure it's all counter clockwise....

Yep that should work. :)

Thank you - THAT WORKED!!! But only on my work computer - still can't access it at home.

Seriously, I did get rid of on and offline internet files, cookies, etc. Maybe I should call Mr. Gore directly.

I enjoyed your stories - especially the one about your cousin. I hope you've forgiven yourself by now - you seemed awfully hard on yourself - you were only 13!

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed them! Writing is a catharsis for me and, while I can't say that I "forgive" myself, I hope that I have been a better person because of that, and other, events in my life. :)

Hey Sookie;

So on your home PC you still can't see your posts?

Are you running WindowsXP or Windows 2000? Have you checked for spyware?

We're running Windows XP...it's a new computer so I don't know anything about Spyware.
