The parent of one of the girls we coached just dropped by with a bag of fresh prawns. I would love some ideas on how to cook them. Would they be suitable for the Thai scallop dish reviewed on a previous thread (the one with chili sauce with garlic) or should I use them in a more subtle dish- Greek Prawns with Tomatoes and Feta. Oh what to do ,what to do!!
