Okay...
Once again I made pizza last night, and the crust wasn't particularly well cooked. It looked fine around the edges, but the bottom was white and not well cooked in the middle. Thi is typical. What am I doing wrong? http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/mad.gif

I don't know about anyone else... but I always precook my crust. I put it in a very hot oven (425 - 450-deg) for about 5 mins. Then I assemble the pizza and cook 'til the cheese is bubbly or the toppings are nice and hot.

We usually grill ours on one side, take it off, place the toppings, then put it back on the grill.

I lightly oil the pan, sprinkle in a little cornmeal, and then pre cook. Makes it just a little bit crispy.
