I made the Rachel's Special Lasagna from CL 11/05 for supper club tonight. I assembled and put it in the fridge. How should I adjust the cooking times since it will be cold from the fridge?
Thanks!!

I would either let the lasagna cook at least 20 minutes longer, or take it out and let stand for a while till it reaches room temp. and cook as indicated.

I've had the best success when I let lasagna come to room temperature (or as close to it as possible) before cooking.
If it's cold when it goes in the oven, it takes longer to cook. By the time it gets hot in the center, the rest of the lasagne is dried out. (At least, that's been my experience.)
Besides coming to room temperature, I like to cook lasagne covered with foil for most or all of the cooking time. This makes for a moist lasagne, which is the way we prefer it.

Thanks for your help! It should come to room temperature on the ride to dinner. I will keep it covered too!

Vhoward, I'm wondering, what did you think of this recipe?
Has anyone else tried it?

I liked it. I am not much for ricotta or cottage cheese straight but it was good in this. I still think I like meat in my lasagna but you could just add it. It was simple and easy. There were some other reviews on the boards that were good. That is what lead me to make it. One of the girls made the sourdough stuffing and it was GOOD. REAL GOOD. Yum!!!!
