Leftover fish--any suggestions?

I have a couple of baked sole fillets leftover from dinner. They were baked with multiple fresh herbs, onions and mushrooms. What should I do with the leftovers? It doesn't seem like the kind of thing to microwave for my lunch tomorrow...is there a simple fish soup recipe?

Id put them in a corn tortilla with dhredded cabbage and a slight amount of a dressing (my favorite fish tacos are served this way).
