I'm a total moron when it comes to cuts of meat, so I need some help!
I bought a "Beef Round Rump Roast Boneless" according to the label. What kinds of recipes are well suited to this kind of meat?
I know I've tried to make things like Pot Roast with the wrong cut of meat before and it turned out horrible, so I want to make sure I'm using this for the right thing. Help?
